Sandro Manufacturing was based in the Outworlds Alliance and provided a building crew for an unknown Periphery construction project in 2769 that never returned. However, the unreported client paid an advance of such a significant amount, it covered the loss benefits for the crew's survivors. Author Clyde Cutler speculated there may have been a connection to the Vatican on Terra, as well as with the Brotherhood of Randis.[1]
