THUGGEE MANEI DOMINI (PHANSIGAR) HYBRIDS

Phansigar Overview
The only know existence other then as bodyguard to Kali were the infamous Warrior Houses rakshasa + white tigers. All members were males with same single female Wob members as advisors. The rank system is based on the number of implants. Because the Thugges employ fewer classes the normal Phansigar have more implants.
