The Dark Age
Zelandia Gold was a small mercenary unit.
The roots of Zelandia Gold lay in the events of Lyons, where Zelandia Unbound hired along Cunningham's Cutthroats to augment its defenses in August 3136 against an expected Clan Jade Falcon attack ended up fighting between them.
When Jenn Talcred, commander of the recon lance of Zelandia Unbound left the unit in 3136 with one surviving member of her recon lance to form her own command, Zelandia Gold.
Slightly over a company in strength, Zelandia Gold saw action defending Republic of the Sphere worlds against Clan Wolf in 3137, and joined circa 3144 the Galatean Defense Force, most probably meaning the merging with that big command.[1]
