Overview[edit]
The Third Infantry Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History[edit]
In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the XXVII Corps, Eleventh Army, to District 1 of the Lyran Commonwealth Military Region and then transferred to District 3 by 2765, to take part in the Periphery Uprising.[1]The 3rd was destroyed during the Hegemony Campaign.[1]
Composition[edit]
As an SLDF Infantry division the 3rd would have been formed from two Brigades of Grunt infantry and a brigade of light BattleMech regiments.[2]
