Alix Bains was the commanding officer of the Fifty-third Fletcher Armored Brigade of the First Marik Militia as of 3059. [1]

Lieutenant Colonel Bains, serving with the First Marik Militia's armored unit, was stationed on Fletcher in 3059 and was petitioning for the unit to be permanently assigned as the First Marik Militia Reconnaissance Brigade.[1] Despite these efforts, Lieutenant Colonel Bains' unit remained the Fifty-third Fletcher by 3067.[2]
