Brian Panganiban was a Federated Commonwealth MechWarrior during the early stages of Operation REVIVAL.[1]

During the First Battle of Twycross, Brian Panganiban served in the Command Lance of Tanaka's Reserve Company of the Twycross Tamar March Militia. Brian and his unit would be involved in the fighting for Auburn Depot against Clan Jade Falcon.[1]
Brians's ultimate fate is unknown at this time.[1]
