The Capellan Liberation Front was a popular front movement, financed by Chancellor Arden Baxter, with the goal of discrediting the legacy of House Liao.[1]

The Capellan Liberation Front was active on Propus during the reign of Arden Baxter, and engaged in riots which were suppressed by units of the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces, though Chancellor Baxter himself thought their lack of success came from its well indoctrinated members being uncomfortable with breaking the law.[1]
