MechWarrior Christian was not able to achieve a rank higher than MechWarrior during his Trial of Position but his test set the premise for what made him a great warrior. After Christian's 'Mech lost a leg early in the fight due to bad luck, he was dismissed as combat ineffective by his opponent; nevertheless, Christian balanced his 'Mech on a single leg and scored a critical hit that dropped his overconfident foe and secured him a place in the Warrior Caste. This demonstrated that, no matter what, Christian would keep fighting.[1]
