Devon Lestrade was the commanding officer of the Fourth Lyran Regulars as of 3085.[1]

Leutnant-Colonel Lestrade, commanding the Twenty-third Menkent Cavalry Regiment of the Fourth Lyran Regulars, was stationed on Blue Hole in 3062. Nephew of the infamous Aldo Lestrade, Devon was noted for not displaying the same propensity for treason and duplicity as his relation. However, Devon's familial political skills remained intact and he utilized those talents to call for the destruction of Clan Jade Falcon.[2] When the Free Skye Revolt broke out, the connection Devon's family had to the movement made him the focal point of the secessionists' ties to the Fourth Regulars, although he remained true to the Lyran Alliance at the cost of his familial relationships. Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Devon remained with the Fourth Regulars and was stationed on Thorin in 3067.[3] After the Jihad, Devon was promoted to colonel and commanded the Fourth Regulars on Bella I by 3085.[1]
