Emeline Jones was the commanding officer of the Ridgebrook Capellan March Militia's Armor Brigade as of 3062 and briefly commanded the unit during the FedCom Civil War.[1][2]

Leftenant General Jones, serving with the Ridgebrook CMM, was stationed on Ridgebrook in 3062. Due to Leftenant General Seth Miller's regular absences from the planet, Jones handled most of the unit's day-to-day operations.[1]
When Miller was killed in the fighting for New Syrtis in April 3066 during the FedCom Civil War, Jones was given command of the Ridgebrook CMM. While the long fight against Duke George Hasek's defenders was taking a toll on Jones' militiamen and her allies in the Fourth Donegal Guards, good progress was made in taking the world over the rest of April and into May. Reaching the outskirts of the capital city of Saso on 14 May, Jones' troops were caught completely off-guard when Hasek's counter-battery fire destroyed her artillery support and Hasek's ground troops began pushing hard against the Ridgebrook CMM and Fourth Donegal's flanks. Tasked with holding the flanks while the Fourth Donegal attempted to take the city, Jones' militia were destroyed by the Sixth Syrtis Fusiliers as the Fourth Donegal were nearly killed to a man by the enraged Vanguard Legion. Officially, 16 May marked the end of the fighting for New Syrtis, when the commander of the Fourth Donegal surrendered to Duke Hasek.[2]
