Lieutenant General François Lecourt was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 120th Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Lecourt expected his troops to show a high level of restrain when in combat, especially in urban contexts where civilians are at risk, extending even to not enforcing the SLDF's standing shoot-to-kill order in respect of pirates. This policy resulted in the 120th Jump Infantry Division having some of the lowest ammunition expenditure, and least civilian casualties, of any within the 10th Army.[1]
