ovKhan Gar Labov was the commander of Spina Khanate's Eplison Aimag, and Trueborn Bloodnamed warrior of the Labov Bloodhouse, from at least 3135 to 3145.[1][2]

Labov, with Eplison Aimag, was based on the Merchant Carrack-class CargoShip Swiftswimmer as of 3145.[1]
As ovKhan, Labov unusually for Clan Sea Fox was considered to be more a warrior than merchant, and he was described as being more comfortable in his 'Mech or aboard the CargoShip Swiftswimmer than elsewhere. In this guise, in September 3135 lead a mission to Duchy of Tamarind-Abbey's Kogl system, in order to eliminate a pirate base which had been threatening Spina Khanate operations between the Rim Commonality and the Regulan Fiefs.
Accessing the world under the cover of a normal trade mission, Labov used his military forces to search for the pirates, while his merchants conducted their usual commercial negotiations with local contacts. Locating the bandits on an airless world in the system, Labov led two Clusters against the base, quickly forcing it to surrender. Discovering in the pirate's records that senior members of the Kogl government were co-operating with their criminal activities, Labov used the evidence to blackmail Kogl into providing valuable trading concessions.[2][3][4]

Labov was known to pilot a Tiburon BattleMech nicknamed Deep Strike.[2][3][4]
