Major General Harmony Tran was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 148th Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Tran was in command of the 148th Mechanized Infantry Division during a black market scandal, which was uncovered in 2764 by the SLDF JAG Command. While Tran was uninvolved and unaware of the illicit activities happening within her unit, and therefore escaped charges herself, General Armand Surban's Thirteenth Army command was not pleased by her obliviousness to the failings in discipline.[1]
