Lieutenant General Huang Duan was the Ia (chief of staff) of the Star League Defense Force's XXV Corps as of 2764.[1]

A very capable officer, with a Corps CO in Major General Aleta Kanavos who was more focused on the political aspects of her role, Duan was left to deal with the majority of the administrative duties involved in running XXV Corps.[1]
