Colonel Ida Hayes was the Ic (staff intelligence officer) for the Star League Defense Force's 185th Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Hayes served a tour with Star League Intelligence Command, before being assigned as 185th Mechanized Infantry Division Ic officer in 2764, under Major General Boris Boranavich. She was keen to whip her section into shape, transferring out 14 staff officers shortly after commencing work.[1]
