Si-ben-bing Ismail Leung was a member of the Fourth Liao Guards as of 3145.[1][2]

History[edit]
Leung just a child in 3113 when he survived RAF troops firing into a crowd on Sarna. Later commissioned as a Sao-wei and assigned to a Gùn with the Fourth Liao Guards. On Tall Trees he hesitated when ordered to fire into a crowd suspected of including guerrillas. Though he was later vindicated when the crowd proved to be noncombatants, he was still court-martialed and demoted.[1]
