Nelson knew he was lucky not to be Dispossessed after the battering the Dragonslayers took first on Mogyorod and then on Andurien during the Battle of Andurien where his unit was supporting Marshigama's Legionnaires (though it is unclear if Nelson participated in either). He grew tired of his comrades ridiculing his BattleMech and couldn't wait to capture a "real ’Mech".[1]
