Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Jeffrey Hazen commanded Trinary Delta of the First Falcon Striker Cluster within Clan Jade Falcon's Delta Galaxy under Galaxy Commander Samantha Clees.[1]
Jeffrey was killed during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
