Major General Katheryn Winborne was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 7th Royal Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Major General Winborne, with her Division, helped foil a 2763 assassination attempt against Grand Duke of Oriente Cedro Allison. Political sensitivities required this action to remain secret however, meaning Winborne and her troops received no public accolades for their good work.[1]
