Keith Lagenhaas was a small mercenary unit officer and self-proclaimed member of the Kell Hounds.

Keith Lagenhaas was a mercenary officer, reaching -or proclaiming himself- Captain. He served in the unit Kirkpatrick's Invaders during an unknown amount of time. He was on Galatea in an unknown date. There he met Callandre Kell, leader of the famous Kell Hounds. They married, staying together about two weeks. During that time, she shared with him a lot of the Hounds' history. However, eventually she sobered up, realized she couldn't stand him, and quickly divorced from him.[1] Callandre didn't gave too much importance to the marriage, but Keith didn't think like her, remaining besotted with his ex-wife and decided to win back her love at all costs. When Callandre disappeared, calling all former Hounds, going to go where it all began, his memories about what she had shared allowed him to follow her trail. And he wasn't alone: after defecting from the invaders, he had convinced a commpany of his men to follow him. The 23 September 3150, he and his men arrived to Beta Regulus, Callandre's Hounds' hiding place, where he entusiastically called her... making him to retch. Keith' status in the Hounds is unknown, but if Callandre didn't incorporated his forces into the Hounds, apparently he self-invited in them: about February 3152, Keith and his men arrived to Zanderij, one of the planets Callandre wanted to liberate, so Keith, claiming to be with the Hell Hounds, freed the worl in her name.[2]
