Mark Semser was a Internal Security Force agent, working for the Draconis Combine, as a spy in the Lyran Commonwealth's Royal Court as of 3025.[1]
History[edit]
Semser, together with fellow ISF agent Laura Caully, was as of 3025 working as a low grade bureaucrat in the Lyran Royal Court. Tasked with discovering intelligence regarding the FedCom Accords, Semser had been unsuccessful in making much progress, as he had been identified as ISF by Lyran Intelligence Corps counter-intelligence. The Lyran Molehunters were therefore feeding Semser with false information, and seeking to identify his superiors.[1]
