Peter Marcus was a SAFE operative working in Solaris.[1]

He tried to infiltrate the new Solaris VI stable Seven Deadly Sins Stables in order to investigate its technology. He failed to enter as he lost a fight with a freelance team contracted by Loucynda Byrd and asked them to gather specific information so the Council could take a decision, even though he tampered with the simulators to set the fight easier for him.[1]
