Adept Phillip MacKezy was a ComStar computer technician, on the staff of Precentor Martial Victor Steiner-Davion, as of 3079.[1]

On Terra in January 3079, following the successful liberation of Terra, Adept MacKezy was assigned with a colleague from the Precentor Martial's staff to help recover data held in data centers captured from the Word of Blake.
While in a Castle Brian in the Amazonian region, MacKezy gave an interview to ISNS, during which he indicated however much of the Blakist equipment was non-functional and it was unclear if it could be restored to operation. He was also not certain as to the cause of the problems, suggesting it may have just been collateral damage from combat, rather than Blakist sabotage.[1]
