Francis was referenced by MercNet in September 3079 following a report she published on the growing market for mercenaries amidst the various nations and independent worlds left after the dissolution of the Free Worlds League. Francis specifically cited the competition to employ the mercenary unit Battle Corps and their resulting contract with the independent world of Al Jubaylah as an example of the growing market for employment both by the larger states and by independent worlds.[1]
