Reynolds Duncan was the commanding officer of the Twenty-second Avalon Hussars' Infantry Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Duncan, commanding the Twenty-second Avalon Hussars' 192nd Tamar Light Infantry, was stationed on Bromhead in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Duncan was promoted to major general and by 3067 was commanding the entire Twenty-second Avalon Infantry Brigade on Crofton.[1]
