Richard Hall was an Armor Commander on Cimeron during the thirty-first century.[1]

Hall was reputed to be one of the heroes of a raid against the city of Halstead on Cimeron, moving his anti-aircraft tank into the front lines when the raiders were breaking through, and destroying five enemy tanks which had not expected his weapons to be so effective against ground units.[1]

Hall was known to have commanded a Partisan heavy tank.[1]

Hall's exploits were incorrect reported, in Technical Readout: 3026, to have occurred on Halstead Station and to have related to destroying BattleMechs rather than vehicles.[2]
