Saint Ivan was an unknown member of Free Capella during the Late Succession Wars.[1]
History[edit]
The individual known as Saint Ivan, their real name is unknown, would drive a Swift Wind Scout Car across the more remote planets of the Capellan Confederation broadcasting Free Capella propaganda via the Free Capella Network. Capellan citizens and non-citizens alike would gather around their receivers to hear their radio, video and trivideo broadcasts whenever Saint Ivan was on world to catch a glimpse of a better life and perhaps what they could do to achieve that life.[1]
The Maskirovka would crack down on whomever listened to the illegal broadcasts while they also tried to track down and capture Saint Ivan. The closest they ever came to catching Saint Ivan was on Holloway but they were only able to catch a glimpse of Ivan's Swift Wind in the distance. As of 3039, the bounty of Saint Ivan was over three million L-Bills.[1]
