Sergei Tucker was a Sergeant in the Bryant Citizens Militia.[1]

He was a post-Blackout fighter from the Bryant Planetary Militia who decided not to join the nationalized forces claimed by the RAF in the aftermath and stayed in the Bryant Citizens Militia, where he was serving by 3138.[1]
