Srac fought in the Refusal War and commanded of the Seventh Provisional Garrison Cluster as of 3058.[1]

Per The Falcon and the Wolf, Srac is listed as a Star Captain. However, it is usually a Star Colonel who commands a Cluster level sized unit as Srac is described as doing. So this article is written to show the rank of Star Colonel as the rank of Star Captain appears to be an error.
