Teresa studied law at highly regarded universities, paying for her studies with scholarships and waitstaff work. After graduating in 3053, she became a public defender on Outreach, demonstrating an impressive grasp of the job.[1]
In 3054, Teresa was available to defend a group of mercenaries accused of destroying the Berenson HPG. Whether or not she served as their counsel before the MRBC is unknown.[2]

Teresa was, as of 3054, a good-looking young woman with short dark hair and glasses. She was not particularly socially adept, but excelled academically.[1]
