Dame Vall Mintaine was a noble from the Free Worlds League during the late thirtieth century.[1]
History[edit]
The noble ruler of the Asuncion system under the suzerainty of the Free Worlds League during the 2990s, her disaffection with Captain-General Janos Marik was identified by the Capellan Confederation's Maskirovka. In 2995 this led to a secret summit with Capellan Chancellor Maximilian Liao, during which Dame Mintaine agreed a clandestine trade treaty, as well as canvasing possible Capellan support in the event Asuncion declared independence.[1]
