Major General Winnie Museveni was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's XLII Corps as of 2764.[1]
History[edit]
With a background as a Combat vehicle commander, Museveni was a proponent of conventional armor over BattleMechs, which she considered "walking targets". Favoring her armored and infantry Regiments during operations, she tended to use 'Mechs as a reserves and for when terrain was impassable for armor.
The MechWarriors amongst her subordinates however, including her staff operations officer Colonel Haakon Olafsson, considered her a good commander despite her biases.[1]
