History
Baxter Arbuthnot was the Commander of Wolf's Dragoons Epsilon Regiment from at least 3025 to 3028.[1][2][3]
He was described as thin and balding with a reedy voice, but was nevertheless respected by most of his men, capable of going into a fearsome rage when pressed. His loss on Harrow's Sun during the 3028 battle was mourned by all.[2][3]
