Tia Caruthers was the commanding officer of the Achernar PDZ as of 3067.[1]

History

Major General Caruthers, commanding the New Syrtis Capellan March Militia, was stationed on New Syrtis in 3062. Caruthers was a twenty-four year veteran of the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth and a dedicated supporter of House Hasek. Since taking command of the unit in 3048, Caruthers turned down numerous promotions in order to remain on New Syrtis. She was also a professor of political science at The Warrior's Hall.[2]

After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Caruthers was promoted to marshal and given command of the Achernar PDZ by 3067.[1]
