Dragonfly is the Lance Commander for the Burr's Black Cobras.
Description
On the shores of Halloran V, she would find Spectre and ask if he was the right fly to be swatted. He confirmed it and said that she was welcome to try. After her defeat, Spectre taunts her merc unit, to which she replies that Colonel Burr has a lot of friends that will "make him pay".[1]
Vengeance
Depending if the player destroys Dunman's Lance or not, she will seek out Spectre for either revenge or humiliation:
Dragonfly: "I'm gonna make you pay for Lt. Dunman's lance!"
-- Dragonfly to Spectre after the destroying Lt. Dunman's lance.
But regardless if you kill or spare Dunman's Lance, she vow to make you pay regardless.
Death
Colonel Burr would parish after his failed attempt to attack the mercenaries and the depot.
