Overview

Almost half of the total JàrnFòlk population live on Ålborg, a testament to the planet's habitability and fertility. The temperate climate and rich soil of Ålborg has allowed farming to flourish, and has helped make the families that live here some of the most powerful within the Jàrnfòlk.

Ålborg's riches aren't limited to it's farmland; the planet is also rich in minerals, and the western continent supplies many of the materials used in crafting the firearms for which the Jàrnfòlk are famous. This has led two of the families on Ålborg, the Jensens and the Skjolden, to largely control the planetary government; despite this political influence, their main area of power is economic, particularly around the planetary capital, Christiana.
