Overview

The Twenty-fifth Jump Infantry Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

Its also has a century old reputation of being the most well-known practical jokers in the SLDF. They also have an unofficial paint scheme of polka-dots and sometimes put large, red spherical noses on their BattleMechs.[1]

History

In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the XLIX Corps, Eleventh Army, to District 1 of the Lyran Commonwealth Military Region and then transferred to District 2 by 2765 as part of the redeployment effort to fight the Periphery Uprising.[2] The 25th was destroyed during the Hegemony Campaign.[2]

Composition

As an SLDF Jump Infantry division the 25th would have been formed from two brigades of Jump Troops, one brigade of 'Mech regiments and two Ground Aero Wings.[3]
