Overview[edit]
The Twenty-seventh Garrison Cluster was a second line military formation of Clan Smoke Jaguar.
History[edit]
Operation Bulldog[edit]
Counterattack[edit]
The unit was committed to the counterattack of Lonaconing. It dropped onto the planet at the end of July 3059. Facing both the 4th Arkab Legion and the 15th Lyran Guards RCT [1] the Star Colonel opted to deploy his much smaller force to use diversionary & feint tactics. Unfortunately this allowed the defenders to pick the cluster apart piecemeal. Inevitably the Cluster was forced to withdraw from the planet.[2][3]
