Fighting against Clan Jade Falcon, the green 309th Division was one of the many Com Guard units destroyed during the Battle of Tukayyid.

Prior to the Clan Invasion, the green ranked 309th Division was headquartered on the Draconis Combine world of Irurzun.[1]
While the bulk of the First Army was selected to face Clan Ghost Bear during the Battle of Tukayyid, the 309th was assigned to bolster the forces detailed to fight Clan Jade Falcon. Activated to halt the Falcons' retreat off Tukayyid, the 309th confronted the elite Second Falcon Jaegers.
