One of the original five An Ting Legions, the Third An Ting Legion were disbanded and their equipment was reallocated during in the Second Succession War.[2] It was reborn in the Dark Age.
In 3145, the Third garrisoned a world on the border with the Rasalhague Dominion's Vega Protectorate. The constant raids conducted by the Third gathered valuable intelligence on Omega Galaxy's deployments, while only suffering moderate losses.[3]
