History
Salazar was a survivor of the First Battle of Harlech and the Second Battle of Harlech on Outreach, who was on Galatea in January 3068, and gave a number of interviews to INN reporter Emilio Sanchez regarding these battles.
At that time he was reported to have sunken eyes and a gaunt face, perhaps the signs of mild radiation sickness suffered from exposure to blasts from Word of Blake Nuclear Weapons on Outreach.[1][2]
