History

The Avalon was the flagship of the Federated Suns' fleet of JumpShips and DropShips that set out from Dragon's Field in 3025 under Fleet Admiral Bertholi to deliver the combat troops that would retake Stein's Folly.[1]

It remains unclear what class or type of ship the Avalon was; since the Federated Suns did not deploy any WarShips at the time, it would have been either a JumpShip or a DropShip.
