The Casablanca was a Leopard CV-class DropShip with the Com Guard Terran Defense Fleet.

History[edit]

Together with the DropShips Charleston, Alexander Nikolayev, Jeanne D'Arc, Sawakaze, and Trafalgar, the Casablanca went into battle against the Word of Blake's Liberation Flotilla when it attacked Terra on 28 February 3058, opposing Task Force Gold in particular. In this battle, the Casablanca carried two Rapier, Shilone and Hellcat aerospace fighters each.

Task Force Gold consisted of the DropShips Knox, Azov, Hobart, DeGrasse, Halland, Fife, and Perry. The Com Guard vessels managed to destroy approximately forty percent of Task Force Gold's ships, primarily transport vessels.[1] It is unknown if the Casablanca survived the battle; overall, the Word of Blake forces carried the day and Terra was conquered.
