Vice Admiral Cha Su Pai was the commander of the 193rd Line Squadron of the Star League Defense Force's Nineteenth Fleet as of 2764.[1]
History[edit]
The senior squadron commander within the Nineteenth Fleet, Fleet CO Admiral Thomas Belleau attached his flagship the SLS Moscow to the 193rd, in recognition of this status. Vice Admiral Pai, however, was frustrated that his Squadron was not able to best its fellow line squadron the 194th Line Squadron, and the diminution of respect that had engendered.
Pai led his squadron from his flagship, the SLS Borodino.[1]
