The Corvatti Corporation was a rather outspoken backer of Katherine Morgan Steiner-Davion. This opened the corporation up to considerable harassment from her detractors.

Canonicity
The Corvatti Corporation appears as a potential employer in MechWarrior 4: Black Knight and MechWarrior 4: Mercenaries video games. The games and their storylines are apocryphal (see section about Canonicity in that article); they are expressly not included among the list of canonical sources for the BattleTech universe.
