Leutnant-General Forney, serving under Hauptmann-General Francis Bergsma, was executive officer of the Lyran Commonwealth's Tharkad Military District in 3025.[2] By 3050, now-Field Marshal Forney was commanding officer of the Pherkad Operations Area in the Federated Commonwealth's Donegal March.[1]
