Devon Hazen was in command of the 9th Talon Cluster at the beginning of the Clan Invasion. His unit lead the attack on the Federated Commonwealth world of Barcelona in March 3050 as part of the Jade Falcons First Wave. While his attack initially drove back the 17th Skye Rangers, the Rangers counter attacked so fiercely that Devon was forced to call in the Jade Falcon Guards to break the defenders and conquer the planet.[1]
