By 3151, Hall was already Star Colonel and had won a Hall (Bloodname). That year, the Fourteenth was stationed on Quarell. The 7 July, it was the Vote Day, with the voting to decide if the Rasalhague Dominion joined the new Star League. Three days later, he was practicing Aikido when was boarded by his second-in-command, Star Captain Allison Rand, and both talked about the vote results on Quarell.[2]

Hall's death, probably, was one of the reasons why, soon after, Quarell fell to anarchy, with the Cluster dissolving between Joiners and Deniers sides.[4][5]
BattleMech
Though Hall piloted a Kodiak for his Trial of Quarell, his favorite 'Mech was an Ursus II, which he called Callisto.[6]
