Franco Reynolds

Overview

Franco Reynolds (Born ???? - ????) was the planetary governor of Hall during the Jihad. When allied coalition forces landed on Hall in November 3077 as a part of Operation SCOUR Reynolds was faced with an impending military campaign that would certainly result in bloodshed, and a war-weary population that had suffered through years of being a part of the Chaos March. When Private Bethany Barratt contacted Reynolds using her own initiative, she found him willing to discuss a cease fire and, ultimately, the surrender of Hall to coalition forces. As a result of the discussions held between the two, Reynolds broadcast a general surrender on behalf of the planet in late November and ordered the Protectorate Militia to lay down their arms before he surrendered himself to the coalition forces.
