Hunter's Pride
Vessel Profile
TypeWarShip

History

The Hunter's Pride was a WarShip in the Clan Jade Falcon touman prior to the Annihilation of Clan Wolverine. The Hunter's Pride fought in the battle held in the Deep Periphery system of Barbados at the end of June 2824 where the bulk of the Clan Wolverine touman and civilian castes were killed or captured by the Grand Fleet assembled by ilKhan Nicholas Kerensky.[1]

The Hunter's Pride was one of four WarShips damaged during the naval battle by the Wolverine flagship, the SLS Michigan;[2] the Michigan broke the keel of the Hunter's Pride before being destroyed.[1]

Notes

  • Betrayal of Ideals explicitly notes the Hunter's Pride as being a Clan Jade Falcon WarShip[2] but also notes that the damage taken to the Hunter's Pride was something that had infuriated Khan Osis of Clan Smoke Jaguar.[1] It may be that the Hunter's Pride was actually a Smoke Jaguar vessel, and the reference to Clan Jade Falcon is in error; during the Clan Invasion, Clan Smoke Jaguar fielded a Congress-class frigate named Hunters' Pride which may or may not be the same ship that fought at Barbados.
